Customer might want to know that who has downloaded Chatter files on their Local System? In this article, I will explain a little hack on identifying name of Users, who \u00a0has downloaded Chatter File from Organization.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There is no Out of box functionality provided by Salesforce yet to view names of users, So we are gonna use either Dataloader or Developer Console, which in turn will use SOQL.<\/p>\n<p>In CRM Content, You can see name of users like below image :<!--more--><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3609\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3609\" style=\"width: 632px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/jitendrazaa.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Salesforce-Content-File-Downloaded-information.png?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-3609 \" alt=\"Salesforce Content File Downloaded information\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/jitendrazaa.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Salesforce-Content-File-Downloaded-information.png?resize=632%2C188&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"632\" height=\"188\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3609\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Salesforce Content File Downloaded information<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>But, What if file is not in CRM Content ?
