A ping is a “this site has new content”\u009d<\/strong> notification that invites bots to visit your blog.<\/p>\n

WordPress pings one website called Ping-o-matic<\/strong> by default, which in turn pings others.<\/p>\n

You can also add additional services by going to Options > Writing > Update services in the admin panel.<\/p>\n

following are the list of pinging services, add all with line break after each.<\/p>\n
