Question 1 : If one tyre of a car suddenly gets stolen…. and after sometime u find the tyre  without the screws how will u make ur journey complete?

Question 2 : How will you measure height of building when you are at the top of the building?And if you have stone with you.

Question 3 : Can u make 120 with 5 zeros?

Question 4 : There are 9 coins. 8 are of 1 gm and 1 is of 2 grams. How will you find out theheavier coin in minimum number of weighing and how many weighing it will need?

Question 5 : A fathers age is reverse of sons age. One year back fathers age was twice of sons age. What is the fathers current age?

Question 6 : 500 men are arranged in an array of 10 rows and 50 columns according to their heights.

Tallest among each row of all are asked to come out. And the shortest among them is A.
Similarly after resuming them to their original positions, the shortest among each column are asked to come out. And the tallest among them is B.

Now who is taller A or B ?

Question 7 : A rich man died. In his will, he has divided his gold coins among his 5 sons, 5 daughters and a manager.

According to his will: First give one coin to manager. 1/5th of the remaining to the elder son. Now give one coin to the manager and 1/5th of the remaining to second son and so on….. After giving coins to 5th son, divided the remaining coins among five daughters equally.

All should get full coins. Find the minimum number of coins he has?

Question 8 : If you look at a clock and the time is 3:15.

What is the angle between the hour and the minute hands? ( The answer to this is not zero!)

Question 9 : A train leaves City X for City Y at 15 mph. At the very same time, a train leaves City Y for City X at 20 mph on the same track. At the same moment, a bird leaves the City X train station and flies towards the City Y train station at 25 mph. When the bird reaches the train from City Y, it immediately reverses direction. It then continues to fly at the same speed towards the train from City X, when it reverses its direction again, and so forth. The bird continues to do this until the trains collide. How far would the bird have traveled in the meantime?

    (Que:1):ans:-sir, get one-one screw from 3 tyre and fix the 4th tyre.that means all tyre fix with three-three screw.in this way u will complete ur journey.

    take out 1-1 screws from rest of 3 tyres and fix them to the 4 tyre.
    In this way we fix the tyre and can complete journey.

    a=0 it initial velocity
    g=9.8
    t=time taken

    ans.3.simple add 4 zero after 120.

    select.

          i.e. 0000120

    Answer:-( 0! + 0! + 0! + 0! + 0! )! = 120

    pooof:- As you know that 0! = 1 so,
    = ( 0! + 0! + 0! + 0! + 0! )!
    = ( 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 )!
    = (5 )!
    = 120

    Question 4 : There are 9 coins. 8 are of 1 gm and 1 is of 2 grams. How will you find out the heavier coin in minimum number of weighing and how many weighing it will need?

    It requires two weighing.

    First, Group the coins as three groups with three coins in each group. Let us say GroupA, GroupB and GroupC.

    Weighing1:- Weigh GroupA and GroupB, if any one from this group is weigh more then select that group (either GroupA or GroupB) to the next step (Weighing2) otherwise if both are equal then select GroupC to the next step (Weighing2).

    Weigning2: Split the coins from the resulted group from Weighing1. Now let us say coins are named as P, Q, R. Weigh P and Q, if anyone is more then that is resulted heavier coin (either P or Q) otherwise if both are equal then R is the heavier coin.

        1st weight first two groups against each other,

        if a group weighs more,than defectd coin is in tht group. So select tht grp //1st if

        tag :
        weigh 2 coins from tht grp ,
        if one weighs more //2nd if

        thn thats d defective 1

        else //2nd’s else part

        the one coin left out f d 3 ,is d defective 1

        else //1st’s else part

        this means d 1st 2 grps weigh d same ,so defective coin lies in 3 rd group

        goto tag; //follow same procedure

        HENCE TOTAL 3 WEIGH’s ARE REQUIRED

            total of minimum 2 weighs is required as follows.

            divide 9 coins into 3 groups with 3 coins each.
            consider as Group x, Group Y and Group Z

            weigh 2 groups and u will find the defective coin group —- (yet 1 Weighing done).

            imagine Group Z is defective,

            then from defective group, u can find easily the defective coin in 1 weighs.
            (USE probability i.e, 1 1 2 or 1 2 1 or 2 1 1, to find that defective coin, u have to weigh one time atleast) —- (1 Weighing done)

            Total 2 Weighs…………

    Drop the stone and find the time taken for the stone to reach the ground. find
    height using the formula
    s = a + gt ( s = height, a= initial velocity=0, g=9.8m/s, t = time taken)

    answer for 6th is A and B both are same person…
    consider the same for 3 rows
    DCM
    GEF
    AHI
    tallest among each row are asked to come out=> DGA come out.and shortest among them is A….
    next shortest among each column are asked to come out… consider AHI come out… and tallest among them is A.so A and B both are the same person
